Peek-a-Boo

One of my faves, just because the detail came out pretty good and he sits about three inches tall....one of my smallest sculptures with that level of detail.

Polymer clay and wire sculpt. He has some sort of shiny cellophane ribbon as the wings which I found at some gift shop. First sculpture I started to leach oil out of my clay with paper sheets to give me a firmer clay which allows for a little more forgiveness when it comes to scratches, squishes and fingerprints.
